Star-Spangled Sailabration Volunteer - Social Media Command Center
I volunteered in the Social Media Command Center for the Star-Spangled Sailabration held in Baltimore June 13-19, 2012 to help monitor and respond to visitor queries via Twitter @StarSpangled200 using Sysomos Heartbeat - Social Media Monitoring Dashboard.

Junior League of Baltimore: Unsung Hero Award
I was awarded an Unsung Hero award by the Junior League of Baltimore at our General Membership Meeting on January 24, 2012. The award is for my work with the League’s Twitter account: @JLBaltimore. The text of my nomination appears below:
Jennifer Yousfi has taken over the JLB Twitter account this year and increased communications and awareness for the League! Because of her upkeep and interactions, the conversations and “tweets” referencing the League has increased exponentially. She has been a wonderful asset in reviving this social media outlet—and without her continued effort, the twitter account would still be floundering.
The UNSUNG HEROES award will be given to those JLB members who have done exceptional jobs in their regular JLB placements.Submissions can come from Board Members and Chairs, and the only rule is this award cannot be given to Chairs, Board Members or whole committees.
